Microsoft recently released the functionality of being able to set a user or device to automatically sync a SharePoint Library. I wrote about this in a previous article, see the link below for more details

Normally one would push out these settings using the ADMX ingestion method within Intune. For some reason this isn’t working and comes up with a remediation failed message. My colleague @Ben_Transparity has a ticket open with Microsoft about this error. I will update this article once a solution is found.
In the meantime a PowerShell script can be used to add the library to a device. This script can be deployed using the PowerShell part of Intune. Refer to my previous article on how to find the URL to use with the script.
