The Azure Remoteapp add user interface is a bit bugged at the moment. When trying to add a user to a remoteapp collection, it keeps coming up with the error:
Failed to Resolve. A communication error has occurred
From speaking to Azure support, this is a known issue. If you use the bulk upload feature with just the one user in the csv file this will work. Or you can add the user via PowerShell.
