If you are trying to upload a User photo to someone in Office 365 but getting lots of red text and the message Error on Proxy command

You might also get the error.

The remote server returned an error: (413) Request Entity Too Large…

then try connecting to Office 365 in an elevated PowerShell with the commands below.
