Add Range of Endpoints to a VM in Azure Classic

In Azure you can have up to 150 endpoints on a Virtual Machine. In the GUI you can only add a single one at a time. Painful!.

Below is the code to add a range of 100. In my example I am added a range of 100 ports for FTP Passive mode.
