With Office 365 you might want to convert a users mailbox to a shared mailbox. To do this, first of all navigate to :-
Login with your admin credentials. Then click on recipients on the left hand side.
Then click on the user you would like to convert from the list of users. Then on the right hand side click convert under “Convert to Shared Mailbox”
