ASR – Server 2016 Crashes on Failover and Network disconnected

When failing over a 2016 Server machine with Azure Site Recovery you might find that the server does not boot correctly and freezes. The network card is also in a disconnected state as shown below.

To fix this issue install the patch below and then allow the server to replicate again and then failover:
