Had an issue today whilst onsite. Built a brand new Exchange 2016 server on Server 2016. I was trying to license it using the Hybrid Configuration Wizard, however it just would not launch when visiting the official Microsoft URL https://aka.ms/TAPHCW. You could see at the bottom of the window a security scan message appear but no clue as to why it wasn’t working. Tried multiple new Server 2016 servers. Video of the errror is shown below:
I couldn’t find a quick solution for this so just visited the Hybrid Configuration Wizard resolved URL direct.
https://mshrcstorageprod.blob.core.windows.net/o365exchangehybrid/HybridSetup.exe
Once run the initial link worked fine going forward. Strange……
