RDS 2008 Change to Install / Execute Mode

Bit of a simple one but in order to put a RDS Server into install mode carry out the following.

– Open an elevated command prompt
– Right click on Command prompt, run as administrator
– Type

change user /install

Then install your application in the normal way. Once installed do the following :

– Open an elevated command prompt
– Type

change user /execute
