Apple iPhone Feature Wishlist

August 5th, 2008 1 comment

The Apple iPhone is missing some features I used to use loads on my old Nokia N73. I would like to see the following features added by Apple.

- Forwarding of Texts
- SMS Delivery Reports
- Multimedia Messages
- Mark emails as read without opening them.
- Attach more than 1 attachment.
- File Explorer So can save attachments and reattach etc.
- Instant Messenging
- Profiles (so can disable mail at night, and make ringtone lower at work easily)

Let us know your opinions.

Apple iPhone 2.0.1 Firmware Loaded

August 5th, 2008 Comments off

I bought my iPhone 3G mid July. Since then I have found the iPhone to slow down a number of times. The keyboard becomes laggy, you cant click on contacts after opening for a while. So as soon as I heard that 2.0.1 was out I quickly plugged in my iPhone and upgraded.

Well so far I am very pleased. I have listed below my findings

- Contacts Much quicker to respond.
- Keyboard has not become laggy yet
- Signal seems stronger. Now get 3 bars of 3G at work, instead of previous 1 bar.

i’ll update this post with more findings.
