Interflora Valentine Disaster

Ordered a rose plant for my misses for valentines day from interflora. This is what they were supposed to look like :-
However this is what they looked like when my wife opened the box (Click To Enlarge):-
I have emailed Interflora and Phoned them (But was engaged!!). Lets see what response I get.
